The people, knowledge, and solutions already exist. What has been missing is the infrastructure to connect them.
The Perinatal Health Coalition is bringing families, providers, and community leaders together to build what comes next.

A searchable perinatal health directory - One trusted place for families to find providers, services, and support.
A statewide community calendar - One place to find classes, support groups, trainings, events, and opportunities to connect.
The Caul™ - A mastermind where perinatal professionals can connect, learn, grow, share honestly, and feel supported.
The New Hampshire Perinatal Health Infrastructure and Statistics Report - A clear statistical picture of what our communities are experiencing, what resources remain, where the gaps are, and what needs to happen next.
We Know What Connection Can Change
Since 2013, we have connected over 10,000 families and community support providers through education, events, resources, and community.
After Hurricane Helene, we activated relationships across the country, connected national resources with local knowledge, and helped change the trajectory for families and providers in Western North Carolina.
That is what nationally connected and locally rooted looks like.
What began as grassroots community work has grown into a nonprofit organization built to carry this mission forward.
Now we are building the infrastructure to connect it all.
